Natural Florida (Donated to Alliance for American Quilts)
This beautiful fabric inspired me to create this piece called Natural Florida. Raw edge applique, machine piecing and quilting, using variegated cotton threads. I wanted to create a sense of the grasses, water, and sun that create the mood of a Florida day.
